Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or related field Having Brevet A certification is an advantage Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Budget Control, or Cost Analysis roles.
Experienced in end-to-end payroll processing, including PPh 21, payroll reconciliation, and related reporting. Strong understanding of corporate and monthly payroll taxation, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and workforce cost analysis. Experience in HRGA cost planning, payroll cost analysis, and manpower cost management.
Strong knowledge of salary structure, grading, and compensation analysis. Experience in preparing management reports and data analysis for HRGA and tax functions. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work fast, accurate
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll process and ensure accuracy of salary calculation, compensation components, employee-related costs, and tax compliance
- Analyze all workforce-related and HRGA expenditures on a regular basis, including monitoring budget realization, cost trends, and providing recommendations for efficiency and cost control
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze HRGA and total manpower cost budgets
- Develop annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and cost projections related to manpower and HRGA expenses
- Conduct monthly Budget vs Actual analysis for HRGA and labour cost, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement
- Analyze workforce cost components, including salaries, allowances, overtime, incentives, benefits, and other HRGA related expenditures
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to HR service transactions and monthly corporate tax reporting, particularly PPh 21
- Support preparation, reconciliation, and reporting of monthly corporate tax related to HRGA activities
- Perform compensation analysis, including salary structure, grading, salary adjustment simulations, and compensation cost planning
- Develop simulations and analysis for salary reviews, manpower planning, and compensation programs
- Prepare periodic reports related to journal payroll, labour cost, budgeting, taxation, and compensation
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing and analyzing payroll and tax-related data
- Develop and maintain databases and reporting systems related to payroll, HRGA cost, budgeting, taxation, and compensation
- Prepare and submit work result reports and present findings directly to the HRGA Manager
