Manage end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable customs regulations. Prepare, review, and maintain export-import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (COO), PEB, PIB, and other required documents. Coordinate with customs brokers (PPJK), freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, suppliers, customers, and government authorities to ensure smooth shipment processes.

Monitor shipment schedules and customs clearance activities to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipment-related issues. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents and maintain proper documentation records. Classify products using the appropriate HS Codes and ensure compliance with import and export regulations.

Handle import licensing requirements (Lartas) and ensure compliance with Ministry of Trade and Customs regulations. Process and monitor customs declarations through CEISA and INSW Coordinate with internal departments, including Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and Production, to support import and export activities.

Monitor logistics costs and assist in controlling import and export expenses. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and international shipping procedures. Prepare periodic reports related to export-import activities and provide recommendations for process improvements.
