Tanggung jawab: 1. Recruitment process; 2. Verification of administrative documents (GA, operational vehicles, etc.); 3. Scheduling and coordinating the deployment of drivers and operational vehicles; 4. Monthly reporting; 5. Monthly reporting on e-toll and parking expenses; 6. Annual expense reporting; 7. Managing EDR, the HR storage area, and the office notice board; 8. Routine checks of operational vehicles; 9. Managing driver schedules; 10. Maintaining professional relationships with official bodies and institutions.
Kualifikasi: 1. Maximum age 30 years; 2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology; 3. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position; 4. Understanding of recruitment and general affairs; 5. Able to drive two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles; 6. Able to operate a computer and MS Office; 7. Good attitude and grooming skills; 8. Fresh graduates are welcome.
