MEP/Civil Supervisor for high-rise/mall: 3+ yrs experience, leads compliance checks, site audits, reporting to GM. Engineering degree required.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance; Preparing of presentation slides for projects updates and maintaining of proper work progress record; Maintain & control site records to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work; Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists asset management in resolving work problems; Conduct an audit of the implementation of the 5 R's to ensure that these activities are carried out at work site or in the company environment; Send the weekly report, audit result or visit result to General Manager; *Only Shortlisted Candidates will be contacted.
