Kualifikasi

• Minimum vocational high school graduate (SMK) majoring in tourism or hotel management
• 2-3 years experience in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant operations is highly preferred
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Basic proficiency in English is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Committed to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Tanggung Jawab

• Provide outstanding customer service at all touchpoints — ticket sales, concession counters, ushering, and guest assistance
• Ensure the cinema environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest
• Operate POS systems accurately for ticket and food & beverage sales
• Assist guests with information about showtimes, seat availability, and promotions
• Support smooth daily operations by following all company policies and procedures
• Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and effectively
• Participate in promotional activities, special screenings, and events when required
• Work as a team to maintain cinema standards and create a positive, fun atmosphere
