"As part of a dynamic QA team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring corrective actions processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will actively lead and support the investigation of quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure timely, effective, and sustainable improvements. This role provides strong opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and to enhance the overall quality performance of our manufacturing operations."
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related Quality role
- Hands-on experience in customer complaint handling, deviation management, and CAPA processes
- Strong root cause analysis capability
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
