Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mandarin Language Education, Chinese Literature, or a related field. 2. Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written); HSK Level 5 or equivalent proficiency is preferred.
3. Able to teach Bahasa Indonesia to foreign speakers (BIPA). 4. Previous experience teaching Bahasa Indonesia to expatriates or foreign employees from China and/or Taiwan is an advantage. 5. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Patient, detail-oriented, and able to explain concepts clearly and effectively. 7. Willing to work onsite in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Teach Bahasa Indonesia to expatriate employees from China and Taiwan
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials based on participants' needs
- Conduct language classes and evaluate learners' progress
- Help participants improve their Bahasa Indonesia communication skills for daily and workplace use
