PT Leader Kontraktor Indonesia is a construction and engineering firm seeking a dedicated BIM (Building Information Modelling) professional to join their engineering team on a full-time basis in Karawang, West Java. The company focuses on advancing construction projects through the integration of cutting-edge digital modelling technology. As a BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating detailed digital models that serve as the foundation for modern construction projects. Your role is critical in ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless collaboration across all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial design to final construction documentation.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models for architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems across multiple projects; Create detailed 2D drawings and specifications from 3D BIM models for construction documentation and tender packages; Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM models accurately reflect design intent and constructability requirements; Identify and resolve clashes and conflicts within BIM models before construction begins, minimising costly delays and rework; Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across projects to ensure consistency and quality; Collaborate with project teams to extract data from BIM models for cost estimation, scheduling, and resource planning; Prepare BIM documentation, including model requirements, level of detail specifications, and data standards; Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and methodologies; Ensure compliance with company standards and industry BIM protocols throughout all project deliverables.
