Warehouse Operation Manager

Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound activities. Drive the achievement of operational KPIs, inventory accuracy, productivity targets, and compliance with company standards. Manage customer relationships, resolve operational issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Oversee inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock takes, to ensure stock accuracy and quality. Manage operational budgets, cost control initiatives, and continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency and performance. Optimize workforce allocation and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) utilization to maximize operational effectiveness.

Lead, develop, and coach warehouse teams to achieve business and operational objectives. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Good Housekeeping standards across warehouse operations. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Section Head or in a similar warehouse leadership role. Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost control skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. We never request any payment for our recruitment process.
