Position Summary The Warehouse Leader is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material handling, timely receiving and dispatching activities, and maintaining warehouse safety and compliance standards. The role leads warehouse personnel to support production and customer delivery requirements while optimizing warehouse efficiency and accuracy. Job Scopes

· Manage and control daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management. · Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of materials and finished goods. · Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational and performance targets.

· Ensure timely receiving, issuing, and dispatching of materials in support of production and customer requirements. · Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures within warehouse operations. · Monitor warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
