Lead F&B, Hospitality training programs, develop SOP learning, and enhance employee skills to deliver excellent service and operational excellence
Tanggung jawab: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify training requirements; Develop and implement training modules and SOP based learning programs; Deliver mandatory, and operational training programs; Monitor training administration, documentation, and evaluation; Collaborate with departments to support employee competency development; Prepare training reports and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, Tourism, or related fields; Minimum 3 year of experience as a Training Supervisor, preferably in hospitality, tourism, operational, or service industries; Experienced in TNA, training module development, and SOP based training programs; Strong understanding of training administration and evaluation; Excellent public speaking, communication, and facilitation skills; Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem solving abilities.
