Posisi Training IT Staff memegang peranan vital dalam merancang, mengelola, serta mengevaluasi sistem pembelajaran dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan di perusahaan. Tugas utama mencakup pengelolaan Learning Management System (LMS), penyusunan kurikulum pelatihan yang komprehensif, serta memfasilitasi program berbagi pengetahuan lintas fungsi untuk memastikan peningkatan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia secara berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and manage Knowledge Management and Learning Systems; Design and update training curriculum, SOPs, modules, and learning materials; Manage LMS, training database, dashboards, and administration; Facilitate cross-functional knowledge-sharing programs; Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare improvement reports; Coordinate with IT/software development for system development, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; Support continuous learning and employee competency development.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Management, or Informatics Engineering; Experienced in TNA, training methods, LMS, training tools, training design, delivery, and evaluation; Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and AI tools; Good public speaking skills and enjoys learning and teaching; 1–3 years of experience as a certified Trainer/Teacher; Active English and mathematics skills; CapCut skills are preferred; Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills, detail and data-oriented.
