Skulytics mencari Senior Data Quality Analyst untuk memastikan data produk perusahaan akurat, lengkap, konsisten, dan dapat diandalkan bagi pelanggan maupun sistem internal. Peran senior ini melampaui sekadar identifikasi kesalahan data; Anda diharapkan mampu menginvestigasi akar masalah, mengumpulkan bukti, memahami dampak data, serta merumuskan langkah pencegahan agar masalah serupa tidak terulang kembali. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim Data, Produk, Data Engineering, dan Software Engineering untuk meninjau serta memvalidasi data produk. Tanggung jawab mencakup perbandingan data dari berbagai sumber seperti situs manufaktur, API, dan database, penggunaan SQL untuk investigasi, serta melakukan pengecekan kualitas sebelum perubahan data dirilis. Anda juga akan mendokumentasikan temuan secara jelas dan memberikan panduan kepada Data Quality Analyst lainnya dalam menangani kasus yang kompleks.
Tanggung jawab: Review and validate product data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability; Investigate incorrect, missing, outdated, or inconsistent product information; Compare data across manufacturer websites, documentation, APIs, databases, product feeds, and other trusted sources; Use SQL to retrieve, review, and investigate data when required; Identify root causes of data quality problems; Determine whether an issue affects only one record or a larger group of products or datasets; Perform quality checks before important product or data changes are released; Verify completed data corrections and changes; Identify repeated or systemic data quality problems; Document findings, evidence, investigation steps, and conclusions clearly; Support and guide Data Quality Analysts when handling difficult cases; Work closely with Data Quality, Product, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Backend Engineering, and other relevant teams; Recommend improvements to validation rules, checklists, documentation, workflows, and data quality processes; Escalate technical or systemic issues to the appropriate team when required.
Kualifikasi: Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; 100% on-site at our Dago office in Bandung; Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) is required (laptop/computer harus mampu mendukung sistem, database, dan SQL tools); Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to investigate complex data problems and identify root causes; Experience working with structured data and databases; Ability to use SQL for data investigation and validation; Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data validation tools; Able to compare information from multiple sources and determine which information is reliable; Able to document findings clearly; Able to work independently and take ownership of complex investigations; Able to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
