About the role We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Supervisor to join PT ENGREEN TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA in a full-time capacity. Based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, this role offers the opportunity to lead and manage a team of technical support engineers whilst ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical solutions to our clients. A Technical Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the engineering team in the execution of water treatment projects for mission-critical data centers. This role ensures that all technical activities, from design review and installation to commissioning and maintenance, are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities Supervise and coordinate technical engineering activities throughout all phases of Data Centre projects. Lead the installation, testing, commissioning, and performance validation of cooling water treatment systems, including Cooling Towers, Closed Loop Systems, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Side Stream Filtration, and Make-up Water Treatment Systems.

Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements. Manage daily site activities, monitor project progress, and ensure work is completed according to schedule, quality standards, and budget. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for water treatment systems, chemical treatment programs, and equipment performance.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, MEP teams, and commissioning engineers to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication. Monitor water quality parameters and evaluate system performance to prevent corrosion, scaling, fouling, and microbiological contamination. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, company policies, and Projects operational standards.
