About the role PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is seeking a skilled LEED Engineer to join our Civil/Structural Engineering team. This is a contract position based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java . As a LEED Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our construction projects meet and exceed international environmental sustainability standards. You will be responsible for integrating green building practices and LEED certification requirements into all phases of project design, planning, and execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and contributing to our commitment to sustainable construction practices.

Key responsibilities Develop and implement LEED certification strategies for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budget constraints Conduct sustainability assessments and environmental impact analyses during the design and construction phases

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to incorporate sustainable building materials and practices into project specifications Monitor and verify compliance with LEED criteria, environmental regulations, and relevant international sustainability standards Prepare and submit LEED documentation, certification applications, and supporting technical reports to certifying bodies

Conduct energy modelling and life-cycle assessments to optimise building performance and reduce environmental impact Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on sustainable construction practices and green building methodologies Identify and recommend opportunities for cost-effective sustainability improvements and resource efficiency measures

Liaise with environmental consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance with LEED standards and local environmental requirements Maintain detailed records and documentation of sustainability initiatives, certifications, and project performance metrics What we're looking
