Tanggung Jawab

• Responsible for achieving and increasing the sales team’s sell-in revenue
• Leading and developing the team through coaching, training, and field assistance
• Ensuring sales targets are met while monitoring and evaluating team performance
• Developing and executing sales strategies and promotional activities in the assigned area
• Managing relationships with customers and dealer owners, as well as expanding the area through new dealer acquisition
• Preparing regular sales reports and reviewing sales targets with the team (offline or online), covering achievements, challenges, and solution sharing
• Monitoring stock and reviewing the performance of promoters assigned to partner dealers
• Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in the electronics industry)
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C)
• Willing to travel for business across all regions of Indonesia
• Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage
