Supervisor Accounting

I. General Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferably from a reputable accredited university). Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounting , with at least 2–3 years as a Senior Accountant / leader in a manufacturing company.

Prior experience in the automotive / automotive parts / manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of applicable accounting standards ( PSAK & IFRS ). II. Technical Competencies (Mandatory – Manufacturing Focus)

1. Cost Accounting & Production Control Strong knowledge of cost accounting (standard costing, actual costing, variance analysis). Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) & Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

Bill of Material (BOM) Work in Process (WIP) Production overhead allocation

Experienced in performing variance analysis (material variance, labor variance, overhead variance). Involved in setting standard cost and conducting periodic costing review & updates. Good understanding of production cost structure and manufacturing processes.
