Kami mencari profesional K3 yang berdedikasi untuk memastikan terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan mematuhi regulasi yang berlaku. Posisi Safety Officer bertanggung jawab dalam memantau, mengimplementasikan, serta mengevaluasi seluruh program Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (HSE) di lokasi proyek. Ruang lingkup tugas meliputi pelaksanaan inspeksi rutin, investigasi insiden dan kecelakaan kerja, pemberian induksi keselamatan dan pelatihan K3 bagi pekerja maupun mitra, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar sistem manajemen keselamatan dan regulasi pemerintah yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs at project sites; Ensure all site activities comply with company safety procedures, regulations, and applicable standards; Conduct routine HSE inspections, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions; Deliver safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE training for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors; Coordinate with project teams, clients, and external parties regarding HSE implementation; Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions; Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reporting in accordance with company policies and legal requirements; Support the implementation of company Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) management systems.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer, Safety Engineer, or similar HSE position, preferably in project or industrial environments; Mandatory: Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate; Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems; Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations and HSE best practices; Experience in conducting HSE inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety reporting; Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; Willing to work at project sites and perform field activities; Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team; High integrity, discipline, and commitment to promoting a strong safety culture.
