Kualifikasi

• Female ( Non-Hijab preferred )
• Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in Marketing, especially customer handling, quotation preparation, and costing, will be an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing and/or automotive industry will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Good command of English is an advantage
• ⭐ Experience in B2B Marketing
• ⭐ Familiar with RFQ (Request for Quotation) process
• ⭐ Experience in Automotive Plastic Injection Moulding industry
• ⭐ Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Tanggung Jawab

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Handle customer inquiries and Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Prepare quotations and coordinate costing with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, PPIC, and Finance
• Follow up quotations and customer requirements
• Coordinate new project activities from inquiry until mass production
• Prepare marketing documents, quotations, and sample submissions
• Monitor project progress, trial schedules, and customer requirements
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with related departments
• Prepare regular marketing and project reports
• Visit customers when required
• Support business development activities and identify new business opportunities
