Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or transportation industry. Strong understanding of logistics business processes and local market potential.
Proven ability in canvassing, prospecting, client presentations, and business negotiations. Target-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build and maintain long-term customer relationships (Customer Relationship Management/CRM).
Willing to work in a warehouse and operational environment. Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own a personal vehicle for business mobility. Willing to be placed in Bogor .
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while exploring new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, business potential, and competitor activities within the assigned area
- Perform sales visits, canvassing, presentations, and negotiations with prospective corporate clients
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market analysis on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor shipment volume, customer performance, and business growth within the assigned territory
