Bergabunglah dengan tim MIS untuk mengembangkan aplikasi, memberikan dukungan kepada pengguna, serta berkontribusi dalam berbagai proyek transformasi digital (DX) guna meningkatkan keterampilan di bidang teknologi informasi dan pemrograman. Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk menangani aktivitas dukungan teknis harian bagi pengguna di kantor maupun pabrik secara jarak jauh maupun langsung. Anda juga akan terlibat dalam pemeliharaan infrastruktur dasar, operasional MIS, serta mendukung proyek-proyek transformasi dan peningkatan sistem TI sesuai kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Handle daily IT support activities for office and factory users (remote & onsite); Support hardware, peripheral, and basic IT infrastructure troubleshooting; Support MIS operation, maintenance, and improvement activities; Assist SURINDO transformation projects, especially IT infrastructure; Support other IT technical activities as assigned by MIS; Requirements :; Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems or Information Technology; Minimum 1 year experience in IT support/Technical support, IT Operation, Hardware & Infrastructure Support or User Support/Troubleshooting; Active and communicative; Service-oriented personality; Fast learner and adaptable; Willing to work in office & factory environment; Special Skills; Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting; Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic hardware support; Able to support various MIS technical activities according to business needs; Willing to learn and develop knowledge in IT infrastructure; Able to support IT improvement and transformation projects when required.
