PT. Torishima Services Indonesia (sebelumnya PT. Torishima Guna Engineering) didirikan pada tahun 1999 dan berkomitmen untuk memberikan masa depan yang lebih baik melalui perancangan serta rekayasa berbagai sistem pompa dan peralatan terkait, didukung oleh pengalaman prinsipal kami, Torishima Pump Mfg. Co., Ltd. Posisi Senior Operation Manager – MRO bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengawasi operasional harian fasilitas perbaikan workshop dan eksekusi layanan lapangan, memastikan proyek MRO untuk peralatan kritis selesai secara aman, tepat waktu, sesuai anggaran, dan memenuhi standar kualitas tertinggi. Peran ini juga mencakup pengelolaan hubungan teknis dan operasional dengan para manajer pabrik dan kepala pemeliharaan dari klien utama untuk menjaga SLA, mengatur anggaran operasional (P&L) serta efisiensi biaya, menegakkan kepatuhan K3 dan standar global seperti ISO, serta memimpin dan mengembangkan kapabilitas para insinyur, pengawas, dan teknisi di perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Operational Leadership: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of both workshop overhaul facilities and field service execution (on-site repair, installation, and shutdowns); Project Delivery: Ensure all MRO projects for critical equipment ( industrial pumps, gas/steam turbines, compressors, high-voltage generators, and large electric motors ) are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standa; Client Relations: Manage technical and operational relationships with key clients' Plant Managers and Maintenance Heads to ensure excellent Service Level Agreements (SLA); Financial Management: Manage operational budgets (P&L), optimize resource utilization, control project margins, and drive cost-efficiency without compromising quality; HSE & Quality Compliance: Champion an uncompromising culture of safety and quality, ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and global engineering standards (API, ASME, IEEE, IEC); Team Development: Lead, mentor, and elevate the capabilities of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Kualifikasi: Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Power/Heavy Current), or Mechatronics. A Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus; Minimum 10–12 years of experience in the MRO of rotating equipment ( high-energy pumps , Turbomachinery , heavy generators, or MV/HV motors); Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role (Operation Manager / Plant Manager / Workshop Manager); Industry Background: Proven track record serving clients in Power Plants, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and General Heavy Industries (e.g., Cement, Steel, Pulp & Paper); Deep technical knowledge of pump hydraulics, dynamic balancing, rewinding, troubleshooting, laser alignment, and vibration analysis; Strong expertise in managing major Turnarounds (TA) and emergency plant breakdowns; Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, decisive under pressure, excellent negotiation, and strong cross-functional communication skills; Language: Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia for technical and business reporting; Technical Expertise:; Preferred Certifications (Highly Valued/Opsional); Professional Certification in Vibration Analysis (ISO Category II or III); Certified Project Management Professional (PMP); Certified K3 Umum / K3 Migas; Please send your latest resume via clicking "APPLY NOW!".
