Posisi EHS Manager bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin berbagai inisiatif Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) di berbagai lokasi operasional perusahaan. Peran ini berfokus pada penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang aman, pemenuhan kepatuhan regulasi, serta peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam kinerja EHS secara keseluruhan. Tugas utama meliputi pengembangan dan penerapan sistem manajemen EHS, penilaian risiko di area kerja, pelaksanaan kebijakan keselamatan, promosi budaya keselamatan proaktif, pemenuhan regulasi lingkungan dan K3, serta pengelolaan anggota tim EHS beserta koordinasi penanganan darurat dan penanganan bahan kimia.
Tanggung jawab: EHS Manager to lead Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives across multiple operational sites. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in EHS performance; Key Responsibilities; Develop, implement, and continuously improve the EHS management system across all operational sites; Assess workplace conditions and operational activities to identify EHS risks and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented; Ensure the effective implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs across all sites; Develop and promote initiatives to strengthen safety awareness and foster a proactive EHS culture; Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, environmental regulations, and other relevant obligations; Lead EHS management reviews and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement; Develop, coach, and evaluate EHS team members to enhance their capabilities and performance; Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities with relevant stakeholders; Oversee chemical handling practices and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and procedures; Requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or a related field; Proven experience in Environment, Health, and Safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment; Good understanding of EHS management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; Knowledge of chemical handling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance; Experience managing EHS programs across multiple sites and leading a team; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
