Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi potensi lokasi baru berdasarkan analisis pasar dan potensi bisnis. Anda akan melakukan survei lokasi dan studi kelayakan untuk mendukung ekspansi perusahaan. Tugas utama meliputi negosiasi sewa, menjaga hubungan dengan pemilik properti, agen, dan pengembang, serta berkoordinasi dengan departemen Legal, Desain, Konstruksi, dan Operasional. Anda juga akan mengelola perjanjian sewa, perizinan, dokumentasi, serta memantau jadwal proyek untuk memastikan pembukaan toko sesuai rencana.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and evaluate potential sites based on market analysis and business potential; Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies; Negotiate lease terms and maintain relationships with landlords, agents, and property developers; Coordinate with Legal, Design, Construction, and Operations throughout the site acquisition process; Manage lease agreements, permits, and all related documentation; Monitor project timelines to ensure store openings meet the expansion schedule; Prepare site acquisition reports, market insights, and expansion recommendations.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Min. 3–5 years of experience in site acquisition or site development, preferably in retail, F&B, or FMCG; Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; Good understanding of property leasing, legal documentation, and commercial real estate; Willing to travel frequently for site surveys and business expansion; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); experience with GIS or mapping tools is a plus.
