Posisi Operations Analyst – Senior Supervisor bertanggung jawab untuk memantau kinerja operasional gudang dan pemenuhan (fulfillment) di berbagai area yang ditugaskan, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan proses serta ketidakeisienan, melakukan audit operasional, dan mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan. Peran ini memegang peranan vital dalam memastikan standar operasional berjalan optimal serta mengoordinasikan temuan dan rekomendasi perbaikan dengan tim terkait.
Tanggung jawab: As our Astronaut, your missions are:; Monitor operational performance and KPIs across assigned warehouse areas to identify gaps and inefficiencies; Identify operational issues and recommend practical improvements and quick-win solutions; Conduct operational audits to identify process gaps and ensure compliance with operational standards; Track operational KPIs, action plans, and recurring issues to ensure proper follow-up; Coordinate between site operations and central operational excellence teams to communicate findings and improvement needs; Report project progress, operational findings, and improvement recommendations to relevant stakeholders; Ensure projects are executed effectively and run smoothly.
Kualifikasi: In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:; Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, operational analytics, or process improvement; Experience overseeing end-to-end warehouse or fulfillment operations, beyond inventory management alone; Strong knowledge of inventory management, with familiarity across inbound, outbound, fulfillment, and other warehouse operational processes; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational gaps, investigate issues, and recommend practical improvements; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work with operational data, monitor KPIs, and prepare structured reports; Familiarity with programming or coding is a plus; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey feedback, communicate findings, and coordinate follow-up actions effectively; Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations and processes; Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to monitor performance, follow up on action plans, and ensure improvement initiatives are executed effectively; Job Requirements.
