PT. Alia Digital Printex di bawah naungan Modinity Group mencari seorang Senior Warehouse Inventory untuk ditempatkan di fasilitas pabrik mereka di Subang, Jawa Barat. Perusahaan bergerak di bidang percetakan dan tekstil dengan standar operasional yang ketat. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mengawasi dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan gudang yang meliputi penerimaan, penyimpanan, hingga pengeluaran bahan baku. Tugas utama Anda mencakup pemantauan tingkat persediaan bahan baku agar tetap akurat, melakukan siklus pengehitungan rutin, merekonsiliasi perbedaan stok, menerapkan prosedur pengendalian inventaris untuk meminimalkan limbah, serta memastikan dokumentasi dan pelacakan material berjalan sempurna serta memimpin tim yang terdiri dari sedikitnya 20 operator gudang.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials; Monitor and maintain accurate raw material inventory levels; Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock usage; Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of all materials; Maintain accurate records of stock movement and warehouse activities; Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards; Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve operational issues; Requirements :.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields; Minimum 4 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor especially for raw materials; Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning); Experienced in using and assisting with the development of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Strong communication and analytical skills; Proven ability to effectively and efficiently lead and manage a warehouse team of at least 20 operators; Willing to work from our factory located in Subang, West Java.
