Join our Logistics team! Manage logistics data, support operations, and drive accuracy. D3/S1, English required; SAP knowledge is a plus. Role involves leading daily logistics operations supporting production, managing team members, ensuring timely delivery of parts, monitoring material flow, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise daily logistics operations supporting the General Assembly production line; Manage team members and ensure manpower allocation according to operational requirements; Ensure timely delivery of parts and materials to the production line to avoid production disruption; Monitor material flow, line feeding, material handling, and inventory accuracy; Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Material Control, and other related departments; Monitor team performance, productivity, safety, quality, and 5S implementation; Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement activities; Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues or shortages to relevant stakeholders; Ensure all logistics activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse, material handling, or production logistics, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry as a Team Leader, Group Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role is preferred; Good understanding of warehouse operations, material flow, line feeding, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and 5S; Must have active English communication skills, both spoken and written; Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and work in shifts when required; Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS, SAP, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
