• Actively seek new rental opportunities and projects through cold calling, networking, and site visits to offer various machines (Excavator, Generator, Compressor, Vibration Roller, ManLift, Wheel Loader, Small Construction Machines, etc.) to meet customer
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and maximize equipment utilization
• Prepare professional quotations, negotiate contract terms, and oversee the closing of rental agreements
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to find growth areas and assist in developing marketing materials/digital campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Attend weekly meetings with Top Management and create daily, weekly, and monthly planning vs. actual rental sales reports
• Follow up on customer, payment, complaints and coordinate closely with the Factory Department to resolve unit or operator problems
• Education: Minimum D3/S1 in any major from a reputable university
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as Sales in Heavy Equipment Rental, Construction, Industries and Other segment
• Network: Has an active client network in construction contractors, sub-contractors, or industrial area
• Skills: Strong negotiation, target-oriented ("Hunter" mentality), and resilient
• Language: Able to communicate and write emails in English at a business level
• Mobility: Has their own vehicle and is able to drive a car with a valid driving license (SIM A/C)
• Tools: Familiar with using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
