These brands cater to a wide range of fashion tastes and preferences. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert fashion advice and styling tips to customers while driving sales through effective product recommendations and upselling. This role also involves maintaining operational excellence through diligent inventory management and supporting the training of new team members to ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Offer personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations to customers
- Drive sales by suggesting complementary products and upselling fashion items
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment
- Assist in training new sales assistants on product knowledge and customer service best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments
- Share fashion insights with the team to enhance the overall customer experience
- Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and markdowns
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and documentation
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in fashion retail or styling roles with a strong passion for the industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for efficient inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales through upselling and strategic product recommendations
- Proactive approach in staying informed about current fashion trends and industry updates
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the training and development of new team members
- High attention to detail and proficiency in completing administrative tasks accurately
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
