We are seeking an experienced Senior General Practitioner (Supervisor) to join our healthcare organization in Purwakarta, Indonesia. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision, deliver high-quality patient care, and mentor junior medical staff. You will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice and patient safety. Provide direct patient care through comprehensive medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning

Supervise and mentor junior general practitioners and medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices Conduct clinical assessments and make sound medical decisions based on patient presentations and diagnostic findings Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

Oversee quality assurance initiatives and implement clinical improvement programs within the practice Ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional development

Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and organizational efficiency Manage patient communication with professionalism and empathy, addressing concerns and building trust Participate in continuing medical education and stay current with medical advancements and best practices
