This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying market opportunities and executing strategic commercial plans
Tanggung jawab: Business Performance Analysis; Analyze revenue, profit, margin, and cost structure; Identify key drivers of business performance increases and decreases; Generate data-driven business insights; Formulate strategic recommendations for the Board of Directors; Market & Competitor Analysis; Conduct market research and competitive intelligence; Analyze industry trends in logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding; Identify market threats and opportunities; Benchmark company performance against competitors; Executive Reporting; Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors; Deliver data-driven strategic recommendations; Develop presentation materials for Board Meetings; Business Development Support; Support the Sales team in developing sales strategies; Develop pricing strategies; Identify opportunities for service and regional expansion; Assist in preparing strategic business proposals; Job Requirement:; Bachelor's degree in any major; Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain sector; Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, EMKL/Trucking, Export-Import, Ocean Freight (OFT), and Air Freight (AFT) is highly preferred; Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Proven leadership qualities with a strong sense of initiative; Fluent in English, both verbal and written; Willingness to travel as required; Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A); Willing to be placed in Bekasi (KHI).
