• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, including handling inquiries and conducting visits
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, including negotiation and closing deals
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Production, PPIC, QA) to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery
• Handle invoicing and support payment follow-up, while monitoring overall sales progress
• Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions, while reporting on sales activities and supporting target achievement
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Business English proficiency
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry with experience handling subordinates
• Strong understanding of sales flow, including quotation, negotiation, and customer follow-up
• Able to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Production, PPIC, and QA
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and bright personality with a proactive sales mindset
