Posisi ini berfokus pada pengembangan bisnis peralatan pencampur (mixers) merek Hayward Gordon untuk pasar pabrik makanan (Food Factory Market). Sales Staff akan berperan dalam mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis, memberikan solusi teknis yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses pelanggan, serta mengelola seluruh siklus penjualan. Peran ini mencakup kolaborasi dengan tim teknis untuk menyiapkan penawaran harga, menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan di industri F&B, serta melakukan perjalanan bisnis untuk kunjungan klien. Tanggung jawab: As a Sales Staff – Hayward Gordon Mixers (Food Factory Market) , you will play an important role in developing business opportunities within the Food & Beverage industry and providing suitable mixing solutions based on customer process requirements; Sell Hayward Gordon mixers to food and beverage manufacturing companies; Develop prospects within F&B, dairy, sauces, beverages, and related industries , including contractors/OEMs; Understand customer mixing process requirements, including viscosity, hygienic requirements, and capacity , and prepare quotations together with the Technical Team; Manage the sales process from inquiry to closing and maintain long-term customer relationships; Prepare visit reports, sales forecasts, and sales pipelines, while supporting other products within the division.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D2/D3/S1 , preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering; Experience as a sales professional in rotating equipment , preferably within F&B production processes; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Active English communication skills; Good communication and negotiation skills; Willing to travel for business assignments; Willing to work under a contract employment arrangement , with the possibility of extension to permanent employment.
