PT RGF HR Agent Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berbakat untuk bergabung sebagai Sales Marketing Staff dalam industri permesinan (otomasi). Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan pemeliharaan hubungan bisnis dengan klien di sektor mekatronika dan industri, identifikasi peluang pasar baru, serta promosi produk permesinan guna mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Tanggung jawab utama Anda meliputi pencarian peluang bisnis, promosi solusi industri, pemahaman spesifikasi kebutuhan klien, serta penyusunan penawaran harga dan proposal komersial. Anda juga akan bernegosiasi terkait ketentuan komersial, berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan supplier untuk kelancaran pemesanan serta pengiriman, memantau tren pasar, serta memberikan dukungan purna jual secara profesional.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers in the mechatronics and industrial sectors; Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base; Promote and sell mechatronics products and related industrial solutions; Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or technical solutions; Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other necessary sales documentation; Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other commercial conditions; Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery; Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; Conduct customer visits and regular follow-ups to maintain strong business relationships; Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth; Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints; Prepare sales reports and update customer information regularly; Other duties as assigned; Job Requirements:; Diploma's degree from any Engineering; High Conversational English proficiency; Min. 4 years of Sales Marketing Staff handling Machinery in Trading company; Own SIM A; Able to work effectively under pressure with a proactive and self-driven attitude; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia.
