Tanggung Jawab

• Responsible to increase sales performance and revenue through existing and new customer
• Make good relationship with customer by assisting, quick response, and problem solving
• Market research for new potential customer and new project proposal
• Maintain and monitoring project pipeline
• Cross-functional coordination and collaboration to other department
• Do HORENSO (Reporting, Communication, and Discussion) to superior
• Review member report and create report to superior regarding customer’s sales achievement and activity by weekly and monthly
• Do genba activity for investigate current condition and provide customer service
• Prepare, review, and submit Value Analysis (VA) activity
• General Requirement:
• Have a graduate minimal bachelor’s degree in technical field majoring in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business/Management with strong technical capabilities in lubricant
• Have ability to work as a team and experience in manage team member
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and good working attitude
• Have ability to quick learning and adaptable to new environment
• Have a valid car driving license
• Specific Requirement:
• Have experience minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing of Industrial B2B lubricant
• Have deep understanding of industrial lubricant product including its technical expertise
• Have good leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skill
• Excellent to operate Email and MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Power Point, and TEAMS
• Have good ability to create strategy and business proposal
• Willing to conduct business trip
• Willing to work at Cikarang Office (working area in JABODETABEK)
