• Develop and achieve sales targets for industrial coating products
• Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct customer visits and field surveys to understand application requirements
• Provide recommendations for suitable painting and coating systems based on customer needs
• Deliver product presentations, negotiate with customers, and follow up on business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical solutions and customer support
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S-1), preferably in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in: Industrial Paint, Coating Industry, Chemical Products, or Engineering-related Products
• Possess knowledge of painting and coating processes for Metal/Steel Industries, Automotive Industries, Decorative Spplications, Infrastructure/Building Sectors, Industrial Coating Applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets and develop new customers
• Ability to conduct field surveys and provide appropriate coating system recommendations
• Possess a valid SIM A (Driving License) and willing to travel for business purposes
• High integrity, discipline, strong initiative, and ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
