Kami membuka kesempatan bagi Reliability Engineer yang berdedikasi untuk bergabung bersama tim kami. Perusahaan kami berfokus pada pengembangan produk berkualitas tinggi dan memastikan standar keandalan serta regulasi internasional terpenuhi sebelum produk dipasarkan ke tangan pelanggan. Dalam posisi ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas kualifikasi produk baru, perencanaan keandalan (reliability planning), serta pelaksanaan pengujian keandalan berkelanjutan (Ongoing Reliability Testing). Peran Anda mencakup pengembangan rencana pengujian, koordinasi dengan laboratorium eksternal, perolehan sertifikasi regulasi seperti FCC, IC, CE, dan UL, serta penerapan alat analisis seperti FMEA untuk mengurangi risiko produk dan meningkatkan performa keandalan secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: New Product Qualification and Certification; Develop product qualification plan and procedures; Coordinate internally and with external lab to execute qualification test plan; Report results to customer and follow up internally for improvements; Obtain regulatory and safety marks such as FCC, IC, CE and UL marks for new products; Reliability Planning and Growth; Build prediction model based on component specs and Bill of Material; Liaise with Engineering to improve reliability prediction, and grow product reliability during design phase; Use tools such as prediction standards, FMEA, FMECA to reduce product risk; Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT); Conduct and report ORT; Monitor field returns and report MTBF; Requirements:; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering field is an advantage; Experience in regulatory testing and certification (FCC, IC, CE, UL) is an advantage; Experience in Reliability Prediction, FMEA and Hazard Analysis is an advantage; Experience in developing qualification plan and procedures according to international standards is an advantage; Knowledgeable in reliability, regulatory and workmanship standards such as IPC, IEC, ISTA, ESTN, IDA, CENELEC, MIL-STD, etc is an advantage; Interested candidates are to submit a detailed resume to speed up the application process.
