Build, develop, and maintain strong professional networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance recruitment effectiveness. 3. Organizing seminars and program socialization 4. Administering selection tests to identify the best candidates who are ready to participate in training and work in Japan ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: 1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major 2. Residing in the Cikarang area 3. Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment 4. Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills 5. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills 6. Experience in establishing partnerships with schools, universities, communities, or government institutions is an advantage. 7. Proven ability to build professional networks and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders 8. Target-oriented and able to work based on KPIs 9. Willing to travel for out-of-town business trips
