The Senior R&D Engineer is responsible for ensuring that firmware, software, database systems, and electronic hardware designs align with customer requirements and industry standards. As a key member of the R&D division, the engineer drives product development from the initial concept stage through to final deployment. The role involves designing and developing code frameworks, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing modifications to enhance device performance. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions and ensure the company's technology roadmap evolves with cutting-edge engineering practices.
Tanggung jawab: Perform analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions; Design and develop codes & data flow applications installations, database system, and established register-level hardware access DLL library; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions and enhance product features; Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and implementing modifications; Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations; Develop key technologies to enhance long term proprietary strategic position.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Proficiency in C, C++, for microcontrollers (ARM, ESP32, STM32, etc.); Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages; Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, and backend integration.
