Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mendorong kualitas model baru, kualitas pasar, analisis akar masalah, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan guna memastikan kualitas produk serta kepuasan pelanggan. Anda akan terlibat dalam proyek pengembangan produk baru dari tahap uji coba hingga produksi massal. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan dalam memantau masalah kualitas selama produksi massal, melakukan analisis akar masalah, serta menerapkan tindakan perbaikan. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi dengan pelanggan untuk menangani kekhawatiran kualitas dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan ISO 14001, ISO 45001, dan ISO 9001.
Tanggung jawab: Support New Product Development projects to ensure quality requirements are met; Evaluate and approve new models from trial/development through mass production; Monitor and resolve quality issues during mass production; Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/improvement actions; Handle and monitor market quality issues; Coordinate with customers to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction; Perform other work-related duties as assigned; Implement EMS, OHSMS, and Quality policies in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Good command of English, both written and spoken; 3–5 years of experience in New Model Development and Market Quality; Strong skills in data analysis, FMEA, root cause analysis, and Poka-Yoke; Able to read 2D and 3D drawings; Knowledge of QC tools, QC Story, 8D, and problem-solving methods; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of quality tools, 5S, safety, Kaizen, and manufacturing processes; Basic knowledge of air conditioning or refrigeration systems is preferred; Highly motivated, proactive, and self-directed.
