Are you ready to be part of Frisian Flag Indonesia's Quality team? As QC Analyst Microbiology , you will play an important role in ensuring the microbiological quality and safety of our products, raw materials, and manufacturing environment. You will perform microbiological testing and analysis to support compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This is a 12-month contract position based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. As QC Analyst Microbiology , you are part of the Quality team at Frisian Flag Indonesia. In this role, you are responsible for conducting microbiological analysis and monitoring activities on raw materials, semi-finished products, finished goods, water treatment systems, and environmental samples to ensure compliance with product specifications and food safety standards. You will work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to support timely decision-making and maintain product quality across our operations.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Food Science, Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment; experience in food, dairy, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is an advantage Knowledge of microbiological testing methods, laboratory practices, and quality management systems
Familiarity with GMP, ISO 17025, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and food safety requirements is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willing to be based in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct microbiological analysis and monitor raw materials, semi-finished products, finished goods, and water treatment samples in accordance with Frisian Flag Indonesia product specifications and laboratory procedures
- Analyze test results, including rapid microbiological testing methods using laboratory instruments, and ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Prepare and communicate shift reports, including laboratory results, observations, and deviations, to supervisors and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of laboratory activities, including recording results, reporting deviations, and entering data into ORS systems
- Communicate abnormal or out-of-specification results to relevant departments and support corrective action implementation
- Maintain laboratory hygiene, personnel hygiene, and workplace safety standards, including proper PPE usage and housekeeping practices
- Comply with and support Quality Management Systems, including GMP, ISO 17025, ISO 9001, FOQUS FSQ, and FSSC 22000 requirements relevant to laboratory operations
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while actively supporting Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
