Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial position , preferably in the F&B, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industry
• Experience in purchasing raw materials, packaging materials, indirect materials, and operational supplies
• Familiar with import procedures, supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and budgeting
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing a purchasing team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
• Good understanding of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Willing to be placed at our MM2100 Factory, Cibitung, Bekasi

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and manage all procurement activities for goods and services to support Central Kitchen operations
• Develop purchasing strategies based on production forecasts, material requirements, and inventory planning (minimum stock, maximum stock, and safety stock levels)
• Ensure the availability of materials with optimal quality, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and maximize value
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers
• Control the purchasing budget and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinate closely with PPIC, Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth material supply and operational continuity
• Review and monitor Purchase Orders (PO), vendor invoices, new item proposals, and new vendor registrations
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulations
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations while maintaining efficient inventory control
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the Purchasing team, and prepare periodic KPI and procurement performance reports for management
