Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems . Experience in EPC tender processes . Knowledge of electrical components (Schneider, Siemens, ABB, LS, etc.). Experience preparing project costing or RAB . Ability to communicate technical information effectively in English.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare technical and commercial proposals for electrical panels, switchgear, automation systems, and data center projects; Review and analyze tender documents , drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work; Perform material take-off, cost estimation, and BOQ (Bill of Quantity) preparation; Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement , and vendors to collect accurate technical data and pricing; Identify suitable products, components, and technical solutions based on customer requirements; Prepare or review single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams , and technical documents when needed; Support technical clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and client discussions during the tender process; Ensure proposals are submitted accurately, clearly, and on schedule; Maintain updated databases of material pricing, vendor lists, and technical references.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering; 2–5 years of experience as a Proposal Engineer / Estimator in electrical panel, automation, or power system industry (preferred); Strong knowledge of LV/MV panels, MCC, switchgear, motor control, and automation systems; Ability to interpret technical drawings, SLD, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications; Proficient in AutoCAD / E-Plan and Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Strong analytical thinking and cost estimation skills; Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work under tight deadlines; Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across departments and with vendors.
