Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience as a Proposal Engineer / Estimator in electrical panel, automation, or power system industry (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV panels, MCC, switchgear, motor control, and automation systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, SLD, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
• Proficient in AutoCAD / E-Plan and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical thinking and cost estimation skills
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across departments and with vendors

Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for electrical panels, switchgear, automation systems, and data center projects
• Review and analyze tender documents , drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work
• Perform material take-off, cost estimation, and BOQ (Bill of Quantity) preparation
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement , and vendors to collect accurate technical data and pricing
• Identify suitable products, components, and technical solutions based on customer requirements
• Prepare or review single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams , and technical documents when needed
• Support technical clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and client discussions during the tender process
• Ensure proposals are submitted accurately, clearly, and on schedule
• Maintain updated databases of material pricing, vendor lists, and technical references
