Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (minimum). Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in industrial / factory projects. Proven experience as Project Manager in factory construction.
Construction management Steel & concrete structures Factory infrastructure (drainage, roads, machine foundations)
Experience coordinating MEP works (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection). Good understanding of HSE practices and regulations.
Strong knowledge
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all aspects of the factory construction project
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with QA/QC requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively
- Prepare and present project reports to management
- Ensure implementation of HSE standards throughout the project
