Posisi Project Lead – Industrial IoT & Managed Services bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan bisnis solusi IoT dan layanan terkelola bagi pelanggan industri. Peran ini mencakup seluruh siklus bisnis mulai dari identifikasi peluang, penilaian kebutuhan, hingga koordinasi implementasi dan manajemen layanan berkelanjutan. Anda akan menerjemahkan kebutuhan operasional pelanggan seperti efisiensi energi, pemantauan utilitas, keamanan, dan pemeliharaan aset menjadi solusi teknologi yang terukur. Selain itu, Anda akan menyiapkan perhitungan harga dan margin, mengoordinasikan survei, proof of concept, serta memastikan komitmen SLA selaras dengan kapabilitas operasional perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Developing the IoT solutions and managed services business for industrial customers; Translate customer operational needs into measurable technology solutions; Prepare pricing and margin calculations; Coordinate surveys, proof of concept, implementation, and handover with engineers and vendors; Ensure SLA commitments are aligned with operational capability; Lead a small cross-functional team; Report sales pipeline, project progress, and service performance to management.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) atau Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, solution sales, project management, or B2B technology services; Experienced in preparing commercial proposals, scope of work, cost calculations, pricing, and margins; Understanding of project, subscription, and managed services contract models, including CAPEX, OPEX, and payback period; Basic understanding of IoT architecture, including sensors, gateways, communication networks, platforms, and dashboards; Understanding of managed services concepts, including SLA, monitoring, preventive maintenance, incident handling, escalation, and service reporting; Able to coordinate projects from survey to handover, including schedule, budget, and vendor management; Strong presentation, negotiation, and small-team leadership skills; proactive, organized, and results-oriented; Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with good English skills for reading technical documents and communicating with partners; A plus if having: a customer network in manufacturing or industrial estates; experience with smart metering, energy monitoring, CCTV analytics, asset monitoring, or network services; or experience managing recurring service contracts and renewals.
