Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Vocational High School (SMK) graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Operator, or a combined CNC Programmer & Operator role
• Proficient in CNC programming (G-Code and M-Code)
• Experience operating CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning machines
• Familiar with CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Haas, or equivalent
• Able to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and machine setup
• Basic English reading skills for technical manuals and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to producing high-quality work
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required
• Experience using CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, Fusion 360, NX, or similar
• Experience in precision machining or manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement
• Experience with 4-axis or 5-axis CNC machining is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and production requirements
• Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixtures, and workpiece alignment
• Operate CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning machines to achieve production targets
• Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and offsets
• Perform first-piece inspections and monitor machining processes to ensure product quality
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T requirements
• Measure finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make program or machine adjustments when necessary
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain machine cleanliness in accordance with 5S standards
• Record production, tooling, and machining data accurately
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve machining efficiency and reduce production costs
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality standards
