A hands-on leadership role within a growing manufacturing team. The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, supervising operators, coordinating manpower and resources, and ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met. The role involves driving Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to improve efficiency, maximize output, and reduce waste. This position requires a strong leader capable of working across departments to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment. The supervisor will guide and motivate the team while maintaining high standards of operational execution and continuous improvement.
Tanggung jawab: Managing day-to-day production activities; Supervising production operators; Coordinating manpower and resources; Monitoring production progress; Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved; Solving production problems quickly; Improving production efficiency and maximizing output; Reducing waste and production costs; Driving Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3); Bachelor's degree is preferred; Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Medical Devices, or related fields are preferred; Minimum 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, factory, or shop-floor management; Experience in supervising production operators and managing a production team is highly preferred; Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated manufacturing industries is an advantage; Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and waste reduction; Strong ability to improve productivity and maximize production output; Strong problem-solving and practical execution skills; Good leadership and team management skills; Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills.
