About the role PT Universal Kreasi Rasa (Kartika Sari Group) is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our chips manufacturing operations in Cicurug, Sukabumi, West Java. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead production teams and drive operational excellence within our manufacturing facility. As Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production targets are met whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. This position reports directly to the Asst. Factory Manager and is integral to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across assigned production lines or departments Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met within agreed timelines and quality standards

Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all team members adhere to health and safety protocols and company procedures Train, mentor and develop production team members, providing guidance on best practices and operational procedures Identify and address production bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Maintain accurate production records, reports and documentation as required by management Investigate and report on production incidents, accidents or quality issues, recommending preventive measures Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in lean manufacturing or process optimisation projects
