Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, with at least 2 years in a Production Manager role within the Food & Beverage or food manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, and inventory management
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal standards, Food Safety Management Systems, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Experienced in monitoring and analyzing production KPIs, productivity, yield, waste, OEE, and production costs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively lead cross-functional teams

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan, manage, and oversee all production operations to ensure targets for quality, quantity, cost, and delivery are achieved
• Ensure all production activities comply with established SOPs, GMP, HACCP, Halal requirements, and food safety standards
• Monitor production output, raw material utilization, labor productivity, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with PPIC, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production processes
• Analyze production performance, including KPIs such as output, yield, waste, downtime, OEE, and manufacturing costs, and implement improvement initiatives
• Identify operational issues and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve productivity and efficiency
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate production teams to enhance performance and capability
• Ensure the availability and optimal performance of production equipment through close coordination with the Engineering and Maintenance teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review and decision-making
• Manage the production budget and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
