Peran ini ideal bagi profesional produksi yang memiliki pengalaman kuat dalam manufaktur produk susu, khususnya dalam Aseptic Line Production. Sebagai Production Associate Manager, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan memantau kegiatan produksi susu dan jus harian guna mencapai target produksi, kualitas, dan efisiensi. Peran ini menuntut kepemimpinan dalam mengawasi tim produksi, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar GMP, HACCP, kualitas, dan keselamatan kerja, serta memantau kinerja lini produksi secara menyeluruh untuk mengambil tindakan korektif saat diperlukan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor daily Milk & Juice Production activities to achieve production targets, quality, and efficiency; Lead and supervise the production team, including manpower planning and performance management; Ensure production processes comply with GMP, HACCP, quality, and safety standards; Handle and monitor Aseptic Line Production to ensure smooth and efficient operations; Monitor production performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions when needed; Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning , and other related departments; Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce production losses; Requirements.
Kualifikasi: Graduated from Bachelor Degree majoring Industrial Engineering or Food Technology; Must be having experience as Dairy Production Supervisor at least for 5 years (preferable from FMCG/ Beverages manufacturing company; Having knowledge in HACCP and GMP will be an advantage; Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point) and SAP System; Detail, analytic, target oriented, communicative, strong leadership & adaptable; Proficient in English both spoken and written; Having experience handle Aseptic Line Production; Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi.
